My name is Juliana. I have spent the last decade developing the ‘tools’ that allow people to feel safe, engaged and happy at work. My expertise lies in creating long-term people-focused strategies that support the overall business objective of the organization.
Throughout my career, I have worked for fast-growing IT companies and partnered with leadership teams to build the desired organizational culture in which their talent would feel cared for and respected.
